As Global Head of ABM you will lead a team of 4 ABM Marketing Managers based in Sydney, Chicago and London and work closely with the Sydney based Global CMO, Product & Sales teams to build and execute a targeted ABM strategy.
You will be responsible for partnering with sales to identify, prioritise and define high-value accounts for each region and globally.
Setting key revenue targets and ROI metrics you will work as a team to map accounts and identify the key internal strategies – how accounts are structured, how decisions are made, and who the decision makers and influencers are.
Using multiple data and research points you will define, commission and create content and messaging that addresses identified business challenges in each of the target accounts faces and communicate this through optimal channels including web, mobile, e-mail, social and events leading the team to deliver first class execution and continually report on and optimise returns.
This role will be perfect for an experienced ABM strategist/ marketer looking for the challenge of leading a global team. You will be experienced in managing direct reports ideally across multiple geographies and be passionate about coaching, mentoring and developing the careers of your team.
